How soon will my order be shipped ?

In general, please allow up to two weeks processing time for your order to dispatch. If it’s a pre-order, it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks (making ceramics is a long process!)

Do you accept custom order ?

Deliveries are possible to Europe, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & the US.

Since August 2025, all commercial parcels entering the US are now subject to tariffs regardless of value. Please note that customs duties will apply once your order arrives in the US, and are not included in the delivery price.

If you live in a country that’s not mentioned, please send me an email and I can work on it :)

Which carrier can I choose ?

All orders are sent with tracked shipping.

  • Colissimo, which is the French postal service. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it’ll be delivered with your local carrier.

  • Mondial Relay for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland & The Netherlands. I’ll send you an email asking you to choose a local pick-up point (preferably not a locker).

How much does delivery cost ?

Please note that you might be asked to pay for customs duties once the parcel enters in your country.

Colissimo :

  • France : from 7,59€ to 17,39€

  • EU / Switzeland : from 14,99€ to 28,59€

  • Norway : from 23,79€ to 39,89€

  • UK : from 18,99€ to 32,59€

  • Canada / Australia : from 39,19€ to 78,69€

  • US : from 45€ to 100€

Mondial Relay :

  • Generally between 4,60€ and 13,40€, depending the weight of your parcel and the destination.

Yes! If your eyes caught a piece that is not available anymore, please send me an email so I can work on it.
